We’re searching for an organized, confident, compassionate Billing & Scheduling Coordinator who loves helping people and making things run smoothly.
This is more than a front desk position. You’ll play an important role in the entire patient experience—from that first phone call to scheduling care, managing accounts, discussing finances, and making sure patients know what comes next.

✨ Coordinate scheduling to create productive, balanced days.
✨ Manage billing, patient accounts, payments, and financial conversations with accuracy and compassion.
✨ Help patients understand treatment recommendations, financial expectations, and next steps.
✨ Create a warm, exceptional experience from the first phone call through checkout.
✨ Follow up, problem-solve, and keep important details from falling through the cracks.
✨ Work closely with our doctors and clinical team to keep the practice running smoothly.
You’re highly organized and detail-oriented.
You’re warm, personable, professional, and a strong communicator.
You take initiative instead of waiting to be told every next step.
You’re a problem-solver who naturally thinks, “How can we make this work?”
You’re comfortable with technology and Mac computers.
You value teamwork, accountability, and open communication.
You believe in jumping in to help rather than saying, “That’s not my job.”
Dental billing, coding, and scheduling experience is a major plus , but personality, work ethic, willingness to learn, and finding the right fit for our team matter too.
