Clinical Research Coordinator III - RN

Responsibilities

• Independently coordinate and execute Phase I-III clinical research studies under the direction of the Principal Investigator.
• Manage complex interventional trials and ensure study activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with protocol requirements.
• Screen and assess patients for eligibility, conduct informed consent discussions, and coordinate protocol-specific procedures.
• Review clinical and diagnostic information and ensure accurate documentation of study data.
• Identify, document, report, and follow up on adverse events and other safety concerns.
• Manage investigational products, including receipt, storage, dispensing, inventory, documentation, and disposition.
• Maintain accurate research records and ensure data is complete, accurate, and consistent with source documentation.
• Support IRB/IEC submissions, regulatory documentation, monitoring visits, and follow-up activities.
• Identify potential protocol deviations and work with study leadership to address compliance issues and corrective actions.
• Assist with study budgets, research billing, and financial tracking as needed.
• Maintain compliance with GCP, ICH, FDA, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• Clinical research experience, preferably with interventional trials.
• Strong understanding of GCP/ICH/FDA requirements and clinical research regulations.
• Experience with patient screening, informed consent, adverse event reporting, investigational products, and research documentation.
• Ability to independently manage competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced research environment.
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, organization, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Preferred

• Oncology clinical research or oncology nursing experience.
• Experience with EMR systems.
• Experience with EDC and/or CTMS platforms.
• Prior experience working with complex Phase I-III trials.

• Monday-Friday
• 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
